ABOUT ME

Hey👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽  I’m Amy a qualified personal trainer from Liverpool. (I sound like something out of a counselling meeting, but anyway here we go a lil background about me).


My own personal journey began when I was 16 and just loved being in a gym environment. It gave me something to focus on through from family illnesses. I fell in love with that feel good factor, if you don’t know what that is then I’m sure you’ll soon find out. 


Personally, I believe the mental benefits of exercise always outweighs the physical aspect, then the whole physique look that comes with it is as a bonus.


People always says dieting is the worst thing in the world, but really if you put it into perspective it really isn’t. In fact it shouldn’t even be called a diet. I hate the word ‘diet’, it should just be a lifestyle change and it becomes so much easier. Obviously, sometimes we have slip ups but who doesn’t? I just believe having the right routine and keeping it simple is the best way forward. 


I’ve tried so many crazy diets in the past including Atkins (this one was a main one for me at the time). No I would literally be so extreme with it, all because I was going on a holiday! And I mean if you told me today to not have another slice of bread or chocolate, I honestly would just laugh at you. 


I now use my food as fuel and literally don’t restrict myself from anything. I use to be awful for bingeing when I was younger, and I use to eat everything in sight until I got to that item of food. Now I just incorporate everything into my diet which really helps. Plus I make the best sweet tooth recipes ever.


I am loving being a coach to all the girls and we’ve even had to have a few adaptations due to the current pandemic. That’s how we got the Online Home Body Transformation. We loved our group that much we even kept it going when the gyms opened back up.


Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realise that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time.

All my team does is smash it, get the best results and just have a ball really. What more could you want.
