Your access to and use of the Amy Wright Fitness Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Amy Wright Fitness Service, visting amywrightfitness.com, or purchasing any goods from amywrightfitness.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Amy Wright Fitness Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Amy Wright Fitness then you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your email address, phone number, contact information.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Amy Wright Fitness Service are billed on a subscription basis. When purchasing a 3 month subscription, you will be billed for the 3 months at the point of purchase. When purchasing a 6 month subscription, you will be billed for the 6 months at the point of purchase.
Subscriptions can not be refunded under any circumstances.
Should severe medical problems or injuries arise, you can request for your subscription to be placed on hold. The ability to place a subscription on hold is completely at the discretion of Amy Wright Fitness and the request may be denied if Amy Wright Fitness wishes to deny.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a product from amywrightfitness.com then you can request an exchange or refund using our contact information.
We must ask that you provide legitimate reason for an exchange or refund request, including any evidence to prove that the goods bought are faulty or not fit for purpose. In the first instance, Amy Wright Fitness will seek to exchange faulty products for new products.
Amy Wright Fitness retains the final judgement on whether a product can be exchanged or refunded. Products cannot be requested for exchange or refund after 30 days of purchase.

Amy Wright Fitness has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Amy Wright Fitness shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
